Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery only under the following conditions:

The item was received damaged or defective

The wrong item was delivered

The product has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused

The item must be in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Change of mind

Incorrect item ordered by the customer

Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect functionality

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

 

Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank

In certain cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
After this period, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.

 

Shipping Issues

If your order is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier. If confirmed lost, a replacement or refund will be issued.
